Janet & Nelly Call On Me @ iTunes

I found Janet's new song is listed on iTunes.I haven't seen its promo 12inch (I saw some Promo CDs). So DJ promo has no promotional functions anymore?

BTW, I saw Justin Timberlake's new cut was available on 12inch promo at Manhattan Records.
But I didn't get that. I studied that there is no advantage to get a promo disk when it has no rare trax.
