I am going to visit Singapore for a conference at the beginning of next month.
It was about 4 years ago to go there last time.

I am looking forward to buying some Music VCDs.
VCDs are popular in Asia and it contains mpeg file which can be copied to iTunes.

I gotta check the Merlion moved to another place like ordinally
And Will I have a chance to meet Xiaxue?: a singaporean blog queen, ha.

Encode video for VIdeo iPod

iTMS still only has a small amount of video collection.
And then, there are some music lavels.

However if you find promotional videos on the internet in Quicktime format,
it's nice to download those and encode those for iPod Video.
Today I got some videos of Ying yang twins from their official web.

You need Quicktime Pro. Just open the file and select Command-E.
Do not forget to choose "iPod" codec.

Buy a "Candy" video at iTunes Music Store.

Apple announced Video enabled iPod and also started to sell video contents on iTunes Music Store.
You will find "Music Videos" on the corner of iTunes, then you can enter a video shop.

My recommendation from the iTunes Video Store is NOT only Michael Jackson's Thriller[iTMS US], But Cameo's Candy [iTMS US]. It's TOO sensational and funny.
I don't know how to make a link for a video shop. So links above are for music files.

Ghostface killah & Pete Rock "Be Easy"

Last week I got a new track of Ghostface Killah on a promotional 12inch: "Be Easy" Ghostface Killah and Pete Rock.
A website tells that his album will be released on December.

I like "Ghost Showers" [iTMS US] the best at Ghostface's songs. "Daytona 500" [iTMS US] and "Chechez La Ghost" [iTMS US] are also cool. These songs are on a album Ghostface Killah: Shaolin's Finest[iTMS US].

I have some other favorites of Ghostface's featrured works.
Mark Ronson's Ooh Wee (Feat. Ghostface and Nate Dogg) [iTMS US] from the sound track of Honey.
I have a promotional remix of Yasmeen's "Blue Jeans [iTMS US] (Remix)" feat. GhostFace, But I couldn't find the remix version on iTMS.

Sony MDR Z500 headphone

I recentry bought Sony's head phone for DJing.
It has nice style of Sony in a golden age.
The sound is clear enough for monitoring.
Not comfortable for a consistent use, that's all well and good cuz it is designed for DJs...

I am currentry also using Shure's E2 headphone on mobile.
But, It is not good as it is thought...

StarTrak finally feat. Bape Camo

Pharrell's new track "Can I Have It Like That [iTMS US]" evokes Eric B & Rakim's "juice [iTMS US]". The movie "juice [Amazon US]" was a bible of DJ for me when I was a junior-high.

BTW, finally the StarTrak Logo features Bape's Camoflague.
Yo, If you want 12inchs of Teriyaki Boyz' "kamikaze 108", it's still available at here [Cisco Records] although it has released more than a year ago. It's likea too expensive.

Actually, I like The Neptunes' works. I shall never wear Ape, though.

We can get newest tracks of Hiphop and Reggeton at Homebass Record. Prices are not expensive. Sometimes it sells dead-stocks of rare tracks in affordable prices. ONe of my favorit shop.


Dance Music Record has good collections of Hiphop, Oldskool and House Music.
